Ms. Bina KEO (24) is from Phnom Penh, having studied business administration at the CamED Business School and lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia. She speaks Khmer and English.

As one of the youngest founding directors of the CocoTech company start-up, her mission is set on ensuring that the younger generation of Cambodian designers, software developers and young professional business innovators, have a global online platform with a sustainable business model to showcase and monetize their particular skills. She believes that the future of equal opportunity business in all developing countries requires a platform which can grow and enrich local talent and export this value globally.
